About this service
58 West Hastings is an innovative social housing project in the Downtown Eastside that will provide 230 new homes alongside a 50,000 square foot integrated health centre serving the entire community.
The Vancouver Coastal Health Clinic will be approximately 50,000 square feet and is situated on the first three floors of the building.
- 230 units of housing on seven floors
- 120 homes at welfare rate
- 110 homes at HILs rate (HILs, or Housing Income Limits, dictates eligibility for a subsidy given by the government)
- Secured underground and bicycle parking
