About this service
Our First Words program (newborn to age 3) is a year-round program that teaches the parent to foster the childs development and to acquire language by using daily routines to help the child acquire language. For the child, its fun and games. For the parentsand for the listening and spoken language specialist and audiologistits about ensuring that the child learns to listen and speak in the window of time when this learning is most productive. In addition to individual lessons, weekly music sessions, playgroups, parent education and social activities encourage support and friendship.
