About this service
Mentorship is a relationship where our more experienced person (mentor) guides a less experienced person (protege). Our program will pair mentors with protege to develop and work toward setting and achieving their own personal goals aimed at navigating the changes and challenges that are part of the process of aging with a disability. You and Me: Aging Without Limits relies on the lived experience of our more senior members to provide connection, guidance and support for those approaching their senior years.
Monthly meetings will provide social and recreational opportunities as well as presentations on related topics.
