About this service
The centrepiece of our hiking program is the TrailRider, our own custom access-all-areas wheelchair. With one wheel, and sherpas back and front, it can tackle any terrain. Each summer we offer guided hikes through the Lower Mainland, and adaptive paddling in the heart of Vancouver. BCMOS makes outdoor recreation accessible to empower and inspire people with physical disabilities to re-imagine what is possible. Being in nature is highly valuable to quality of life and challenges perceptions of our capabilities.
