About this service
42 units at The View have been designed to meet the affordable housing needs of people with low to moderate incomes, with a priority given to those already working and/or living in the Downtown Eastside. To be eligible, applicants must earn a minimum of approximately $26,000 per year and no more than $41,500 per year for a bachelor (studio) apartment, or no more than $48,000 per year for a 1 bedroom apartment. Applicants must be able to live independently in a mixed housing environment, and be committed to the community aspects of the facility, which includes shared amenity spaces. Applicants may be singles or couples.
