About this organization
Our centre feels like a real home and our staff want you to think of them as extended family. Moving to a complex care facility is a major change and at Windermere, we do all we can to make it a change for the better.
Surrounded by beautifully landscaped secured gardens with paved walkways, Windermere Care Centre provides homes for up to 210 people. Our facility is in the South Granville neighbourhood just a short distance from stores, cafes and bus routes. With the Vancouver General Hospital right across the street, the location could not be handier.
