About this organization
Twin Rainbows has 86 units divided evenly between two seven-story apartment style buildings. Our units range from one and two-bedroom terrace-style apartments, to two and three-bedroom townhouses with enclosed backyards.
Co-operative housing offers an alternative way of life to home ownership and regular apartment living. Like other co-ops, Twin Rainbows is governed and managed by its members, presenting a unique opportunity and challenge for individuals to be directly involved in shaping the place where they live. This requires the dedication and participation of all in order to keep our community strong, healthy, and well run.
Twin Rainbows is governed by a board of directors elected annually by its members, which works in tandem with its committees and the general membership on all concerns affecting the operation of the co-op. Participation at Twin Rainbows is mandatory, and there are many volunteer opportunities to get involved in the day-to-day management of the community.
