About this organization
This friendly community is located on the edge of downtown Vancouver at 1035 Pacific Street, close to Sunset Beach, the seawall, new bike paths over the Burrard Bridge, the Vancouver Aquatic Centre, False Creek Ferries, Y.M.C.A., shopping, and elementary and secondary schools.
Eight heritage-designated homes have been completely rehabilitated and divided into two units each. A courtyard area and seven-storey apartment building are situated behind the homes making up a total of 91 units. Amenities include underground parking, bicycle storage, two common laundry facilities, common room with kitchen, hobby room, childrens play areas with a water feature, adult-only rooftop garden. Most units have a balcony, patio or porch, and at least one set of stairs. There are five one-bedroom units for members with physical disabilities. Pets are welcome.
