Services Provided
- Provincial Disability: Help with the application from start to finish. If denied advocate will help with reconsideration and tribunals.
- Income Security: Help with the Ministry of Social development and poverty reduction, Employment Insurance, Income tax referrals, Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security, Guaranteed Income Supplement, Canada pension plan-disability and Safer applications.
- Residential Tenancy: Help with issues including helping tenants with landlord mediations, dispute resolution applications and hearings.
- Debt: Advocate will give referrals to debt counselling agencies.
- Family Law: Advocate will give referrals to legal information only.
- Child Protection: Advocate will give referrals to other community agencies only.
