About this service
The SCD program serves children with diverse needs from newborn to 19 who have a demonstrated need to access inclusive child care settings. Children must access licensed child care settings which include Head Start, preschools, and daycares. Priority is given to children aged birth to 6 years. The SCD Program operates under the principles of inclusion and family centred practice by working closely with families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary therapy team and community partners.
