About this organization
Terrace Search and Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization serving Terrace and Northwestern BC. Our services are provided 365 days of the year. Training typically takes place Monday nights at 7pm at the below location. New members are welcome to apply in the fall of each year. Please contact us using the volunteer page if you wish to join our team.
Services Provided:
- searching for missing persons
- water rescues and recoveries
- assisting at disaster scenes such as landslides, fires and floods
- providing mutual aid to other SAR teams and communities.
