Take control of your emotional and mental well-being with the help of Mournings Dawn Counselling, based in Northwestern BC. As a certified and experienced counsellor, I work with families, groups, and individuals of all ages and backgrounds, providing guidance and support in a safe environment. I know that each individual is different, and therefore offer family and individual counselling, wellness activities, expressive play therapy, clinical supervision, and other therapy types. These methods help to address illness, disability, stress, trauma, and other mental health issues. I will take the time to work with you in identifying the source of your current situation, and together, we will design a plan that works best for you.
