About this service
1:1 Counselling
We offer 1:1 and group counselling for women and girls who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault or childhood abuse.
Individual sessions explore the dynamics of violence and the impact of trauma on womens lives.
Support Groups
Group counselling provides a safe place women to share their stories with other survivors of violence. Women learn from others who have shared experiences while decreasing feelings of loneliness and isolation.
We offer a variety of support groups including a weekly drop-in group every Tuesday afternoon.
Call 604-583-1295 to speak with a support worker if you are considering your options. You do not have to go to the hospital or make a police report to use our services.
