About this service
The Life Skills Centre is a multi-faceted resource centre offering an array of services for individuals with diverse disabilities in the Surrey/ Delta area. Within the centre, there is the large group-based DiscoverY program that offers recreational activities which foster social connections and esteem building through participation as well as the opportunity to perform in regular theatrical productions. Additionally, there is one-to-one direct support set in the community or a clients home to work on life skill teaching and providing support to aid in self-advocacy and empowerment.
