About this service
Our 22 weeks fully funded training program is designed to empower, eliminate systemic barriers and increase the likelihood of attaining sustainable employment. Participants will complete their essential skills and employability skills training with us at PICS through online sessions and move to Western Community College to take occupational skills training to become an Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECE Assistant). Practicum period of 4 weeks is also incorporated in the training program to enhance participants knowledge.
