About this service
Our 77 unit Guru Nanak Niwas, PICS' Independent Living facility, is designed specifically for independent senior adults who want to enjoy a lifestyle filled with recreational, educational and social activities with other seniors. This complex is designed for seniors who are able to live on their own, but desire the security and conveniences of community living. This Independent Living facility offers an enriched lifestyle, with opportunity for seniors to socialize and interact with like minded seniors. The seniors form their social groups and committees and celebrate various social events and get together. They have access to a common lounge, kitchen, library, laundry facility, gym and facility to purchase meals.
All the units are subsidized by BC Housing.
