About this service
ASTEP is a WorkBC Employment Services office located on-site at Phoenix Society. Through workshops and one to one employment counseling, ASTEP offers specialized services to people with multiple barriers to employment to assist with their eventual goal of returning to the workforce in sustainable employment.
Services include assistance with:
