About this service
The Phoenix-Kwantlen Learning Centre empowers adult learners to re-enter the educational arena and the labour market through individualized assessment and action planning that include lifelong learning goals. The centre provides community-based instruction from basic literacy level through Grade 11. It also helps adult learners move on to Kwantlen Polytechnic Universitys campus or to other formal educational settings.
