About this service
Our drop-in group provides support for those moving through their grief and adjusting to life without their loved one. Join us for some exercise, to meet new people who share a common experience, and to provide mutual support and acceptance.
Each walk ends with some time for refreshments and sharing. Groups are coordinated by the clinical counsellors and led by trained volunteers. Pre-registration is required. Our group walks once per week, rain or shine, for 1 hour.
