About this service
The Surrey Bridging Program serves adults transitioning from community residential programs to independent living.
The program is limited to nine participants, which allows for more extensive support than our other supported living programs. A rental subsidy is provided to assist with finding and maintaining, safe and affordable housing.
For adults (19+ years old) residing in Surrey who are living with a mental illness and want to move from a community residential program to independent living.
