About this service
Provides individualized supports to assist adults with a mental illness living in the Surrey/White Rock/Delta area. The program provides housing opportunities in both a shared living situation and independent living via a rental subsidy. Individual support services are recovery-focused and promote independence and life skills development.
For adults (19+ years old) living in Surrey/White Rock/Delta with a mental illness who are looking for shared accommodations or rent subsidies, as they work toward independent living.
A referral is required. Please request one from your local Mental Health centre.
