At Firefox Counselling, Our therapist will work with you to help you get a hold of your life once again.
We work with you to prepare a tailored counselling program to sort your specific problem. However desperate the situation looks, you can get a new perspective about your life. Through individual counselling, you can attain personal growth by overcoming self-destructive behaviours such as substance and alcohol abuse. Our therapist will also work with you to help identify a way to deal with emotional or physical suffering. More importantly, you can improve the quality of your relationships
