Homelessness Prevention & Housing Outreach

Assists women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in securing safe and affordable long-term housing and provides ongoing support to women in maintaining their housing. Also provides support to women in building and maintaining relationships with landlords in an effort to keep their housing. Services include advocacy support, housing search and form completion assistance, subsidies, and referral to community resources.
