About this organization
Welcome to 279 Elk Valley Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron. We are Sparwoods local Air Cadet Squadron, providing Leadership, Citizenship, and Flight Training to youth. The cadets of participate in a variety of fun and challenging activities that promote physical fitness, leadership, confidence and friendship. We are a 100% FREE program for youth ages 12-18! We are the largest federally funded youth program in Canada, and Canada's best-kept secret!
