About this service
Sunshine Coast Lions Housing Society We own and operate Greenecourt which provides 109 units of affordable rental housing for seniors 55 years and older as well as for adults of any age with disabilities. Please note that all units at Greenecourt are for independent living. There are no support services provided. Greenecourt housing facility is currently comprised of three apartment buildings. An additional building is being developed. All buildings provide affordable independent living for seniors (55+) and adults with disabilities.
