About this service
Sunshine Coast Hospice works in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) to support the two hospice rooms at Shorncliffe Intermediate Care Home in Sechelt. Cantonese and Punjabi versions of this video are available on the VCH website. To be eligible for a referral to the hospice suites, you must be registered in the VCH palliative care program. You can learn more by asking your family doctor or the VCH Sechelt Home Care office at (604) 741-0726. Once registered, you can request a referral to the Hospice suites. Hospice volunteers and staff are available to provide compassionate support for patients and their families admitted to the Hospice suites.
