About this service
The Infant Development Program (IDP) provides support for families of children aged birth to three who have a developmental delay, are at risk for a developmental delay, or have been diagnosed with a disability.
Using a family-centred approach, the IDP consultant assists families in the identification of their childs needs and provides an integrated approach that is parent-led. The consultant visits families in their homes or in the playroom at Community Services. The familys involvement and participation is a key factor in successful outcomes.
