About this organization
We provide a range of support options designed to help people with ongoing health conditions to remain in their homes and to be as independent and safe as possible.
Services include:
- grooming and hygiene
- bath assistance
- mobility/lift assistance
- medication assistance
- nutritional assistance
- family/caregiver respite.
Eligibility and degree of service subsidy is determined by case manager. Contact Home Care Services Intake to learn about accessing these services. A health care professional will discuss your needs and eligibility for Home Support, or suggest some alternative resources.
