About this organization

Sunshine Coast Search and Rescue is a volunteer SAR team serving the lower Sunshine Coast of BC built by having success with the right people, right training and equipment, at the right time.
Everyone starts off trained as ground searchers and then may advance to specialty teams as interests & requirements dictate.
Members also can work their way through the command levels gaining valuable leadership skills.

- Swift Water Rescue
- Search Dog
- Avalanche Response
- Incident Command Structure
