About this organization
We are a vibrant community that welcomes adults of all ages to take part in any of our more than 40 activities. From September to June, nutritious and delicious home cooked lunches are served weekdays at a nominal cost. Our 21 seat bus makes regular trips to Casinos, shopping malls and other local points of interest. Overnight stay trips are also organized to places further afield such as Victoria, Harrison Hot Springs or Barkerville. There is an Auditorium with a stage, our new lunch room area, and smaller rooms available for rent based on availability.
We are operated by an energetic volunteer workforce volunteer opportunities exist in many positions.
There are over 40 activities offered at the Sechelt Activity Centre for adults of all ages.
The fee for most activities is $3.00 per session with a certified instructor $4.00 or $5.00 per session.
Bus Trips have separate fees.
