About this service
Croftonbrook is a 5 acre property that currently provides 20 units of rental housing for low-income seniors and people with disabilities. These are self-contained 1 bedroom units and are designed for independent living.
In response to the serious housing shortage in the community, IWAV is adding an additional 54 new rental units. The property has been rezoned, one building is being constructed and the other is being designed. Funding for this new housing comes through CMHC, BC Housing, Capital Regional District (CRD), Aqueduct Foundation, Salt Spring Island Foundation, Victoria Foundation and local donors.
