About this service
High barrier. Couples welcome. Arrival is by shuttle only. Pick-up shuttle services from 3 pre-determined pick-up points: two downtown and one in Saanich. Locations are confidential and provided to clients during phone registration. Pick up times begin at 8:30 pm.
Provides meals, showers, and access to on-site laundry facilities. Returning guests must arrive by 9:30 pm to keep a guaranteed bed for the following night. Wake up is at 6 am, with the last shuttle from the shelter leaving for downtown at 6:45 am. Alcohol or drug use is not tolerated on site. Shuttle is not wheelchair accessible. Pets not allowed. There is no storage facility; guests must be able to carry their belongings in and out of the shelter. Funded by BC Housing.
