About this service
Daily Service
Our 286 Hampton Road location features a cafeteria (open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm) with a healthy menu and take home dinners available for purchase, all at reasonable prices.
Frozen Take Out Food
A variety of frozen take out food is available at both centres.
Full meals are $6.50.
Guess Whos Coming to Dinner
Who: Seniors who appreciate a good dinner and socializing.
Where: Saanich Silver Threads, 286 Hampton Rd.
What: You need to book in advance for this regular event, call (250) 382-3151 to join us.
Volunteer drivers are available to pick up guests between 4 5 pm and bring them to the centre. Dinner is served at 5 pm. Entertainment follows from 6:15 7 pm. Guests using our Volunteer Driver Service return home with the volunteer driver around 7 pm.
Cost: $15 (member), $18 (non-member). Extra cost for themed dinners.
