About this service
Artemis Place Society has been delivering programs in the Capital Region since 1971. The Society began as a response to youth not finding success within the public education system; and, continues to serve that niche.
The Society has evolved over the years and has been known as the Victoria Society for Educational Alternatives, Artemis Options Society as well as a partner in the Girls Alternative Program (GAP). Artemis Place Society is an incorporated BC Society and a Registered Charity with the Canadian Revenue Agency and is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors.
