SUPPORT AND PROVIDE CULTURAL EVENTS WITHIN THE VICTORIA AND VANCOUVER ISLAND JEWISH AND GENERAL COMMUNITIES.SUPPORT SENIOR RELATED ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS. FOOD SUBSIDY PROGRAM.
