About this organization
Seven Oaks provides individualized treatment based on clinical best practices and employs psychosocial rehabilitation approaches using a combination of modeling, support, encouragement, education, vocational readiness training and independent living skills acquisition and enhancement in order to allow each resident to achieve his or her maximum independent functioning and ongoing success in the community.
Access Services
referrals for admission come regionally from hospital or community based mental health teams through the Regional Adult Tertiary Central Access using the Pathways MHSU referral system
community-based referrals can be made through local Island Health mental health services
the Regional Tertiary Utilization Committee reviews all regional referrals regions prioritize referrals for allocated beds for those clients whose needs can be safely met
