About this organization
MiMi's House, a community pediatric respite home, was opened for children in the Greater Victoria region who have complex medical and behavioral challenges. It was named in memory of a child who passed away suddenly during the difficult period of transition following VIHA's closure of pediatric respite services at the Todd Unit of the Queen Alexandra Centre in November of 2002.
