About this service

Youthwise provides counselling services that are specially designed for teens. We focus strongly on developing a good relationship with teens because we know that the most important factor for a positive therapeutic outcome is the relationship between the counsellor and the teen. In addition, we make it a part of our life to intentionally stay up-to-date with whats going on in the teenage world such as most popular trends, online sites, apps, computer and video games, music, movies, TV shows, and more. We do this so that we can also help build empathy and bridge the communication gap that is often seen between parents and their teenage child.

We provide research and evidence-based treatment interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help treat a variety of mental disorders.
