Tikva Housing Society is one of the five community-based, non-profit agencies to make Storeys a reality at 8080 Anderson Road in Richmond. In this 129 unit, 14 storey building, Tikva owns and operates 18 units on the three top floors (8- 3 bedroom units; 4 -2 bedroom units; 3- 1 bedroom units and 3 studios). It is an intergenerational community with 12 families, 22 children, and 6 seniors. Tenants pay no more than 30% of income to rent (family receiving Income Assistance pays on average only $700 for a 3-bedroom unit).
