About this service
This fund is accessible to those clients on a low income (ie those whose income is less than $20,000 per year) and who have provided Proof of Income to The Heart of Richmond; The total amount accessible for 2019 will be $200; for qualifying clients a one time payment of the $200 can only be used for such large ticket items as dental work or prescription glasses. If you are requesting grocery cards from SHF there will be a maxmum limit of $50 per month per member.
