About this service

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. owns and operates 38 studio and 15 one-bedroom self-contained affordable rental units for low-income seniors at Storeys, located at 8080 Anderson Road in Richmonds city centre. Tenants in our units must be an eligible applicant as defined in the Housing Agreement with the City of Richmond. All rental units are eligible for the S.A.F.E.R. (Shelter Aid for Elderly Renter) program under BC Housing.
