About this service
We meet on Fridays (except statutory holidays and the month of August) in the Multi-purpose Room at South Arm Community Centre (SACC), located at 8880 Williams Road, Richmond, BC.
- Bring a bag lunch. Coffee, tea and cookies are provided (donation requested). Access to a microwave oven is available for individuals with special dietary needs.
- With the assistance of our wonderful volunteers and outside supports, we provide physical exercise and/or yoga on a weekly basis.
- Small group speech therapy is provided monthly by a Registered Speech Language Pathologist, who also engages our group in cognitive and communication exercises.
