About this service
Free, confidential and non-judgmental emotional support provided 8:00 am to midnight, seven days a week, by professionally trained volunteers. Telephone crisis intervention and referral information are available. The Crisis Line also provides triage and direct links for callers to Richmond Mental Health Emergency Services, when needed.
In addition to our direct lines, our Crisis Line is part of two provincial networks: 1800SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433) and 310Mental Health Support (310-6789, do not add 604, 778 or 250 before the number). Both are available 24 hours a day.
