About this service
The Toddler Time program is done in partnership with Touchstone Family Association, Richmond Family Place and Richmond Public Library. It is a free Play and Learn Drop-In program for Chinese speaking parents, caregivers and their children aged 10 months to two years of age with a focus on family resources in the Richmond Community. Please join us weekly for a time of stories, play and parent education.
