New Step Consultation - Leadership Camp

In The program will focused on preparing each student for the upcoming challenges that they may encounter in their future workplaces. The camp includes daily lesson will include a specific topic in leadership, such as: Identifying personal strengths and opportunities, stepping out of ones comfort zone in a group setting, displaying initiative to communicate with others, developing critical thinking skills, how to be a good leader and a good follower, forming harmonic relationships with others in future workplaces, Increasing the ability to resolve conflicts, building confidence, discovering passions and goals, Improving organizational skills. After each lesson, the student will have the opportunity to practice their lessons acting as a student-instructor to a younger group of students. At the end of each day, each participant will engage in a debriefing session with our leadership camp instructor.
