About this service
Focusing on a small group setting , our certified Professional Co-Active Coach and certified Relationship Development Intervention consultant have created this program using various activities and lessons to maximize each students potential. In addition, the program will also focused on preparing each student for the upcoming challenges that they may encounter in their future workplaces. The program is geared towards teenagers with ASD and neurotypical teenagers who may need specific guidance in preparing for their future.
Topics Include:
- Identifying personal strengths and opportunities
- Stepping out of ones comfort zone in a group setting
- Displaying initiative to communicate with others
- Developing critical thinking skills
- How to be a good leader and a good follower
- Forming harmonic relationships with others in future workplaces
- Discovering passions and goals
- Improving organizational skills
- Job interview skills
