About this service
The RBC Youth Works Program is program that supports youth between 16 and 29 that are currently in care or that have exited care towards independence. The goal is to help youth successfully transition to independence by helping them finish school, connect with training and skill development supports and to find employment. Youth are able to receive group and one to one support including: mentorship, career/employment workshops, help finding training and education programs, job search support, work experience placements and help accessing other resources. The program has been made possible through funding from the Royal Bank of Canada Foundation and support from the CHildrens Aid Foundation of Canada.
