Noakes Maternity Richmond Clinic

Your first few appointments may be by telephone, depending on your stage of pregnancy and your individual needs. We will be getting to know you by asking you many questions, exploring your wishes and needs in this pregnancy, and doing a physical exam. In addition, we will arrange appropriate blood tests and ultrasounds. Throughout the rest of your first and second trimester, we will see you every 4-6 weeks. After 30 weeks, your appointments will be every two weeks. When you are closer to your due date we will see you weekly.

At any time, if you have concerns and feel it is too long until your next appointment, you can arrange a telephone or in-person visit by speaking to our clinic assistance. Our group of doctors work closely together to be consistent and follow evidence based care as per the Perinatal B.C. Guidelines.
