About this organization
Garratt Wellness Centre offers programs, education and resources to help Richmond residents live well and connect with one another to improve the quality of their lives. It promotes independence and empowers people to improve or maintain their health.
Established on a former school site, Garratt Wellness Centre includes opportunities to grow and cook food, eat well, be physically active, and build community connections.
The centre is a community health partnership between the City of Richmond and Vancouver Coastal Health Richmond Health Services. Officially opened on April 1, 2006, the Centre continues to expand programs and resources to meet the needs of Richmond community.
