About this service
We can offer support if you are experiencing challenges or struggles. We listen to your unique story with the belief that you are the expert in your own life. We believe that people are not problems and we offer consultation and support to work toward your preferred life. We offer individual, family and group counselling that is inclusive, client-centered and sensitive to culture, gender and spirituality.
Counselling services offer space to:
- Have conversations about things that are important for you
- Think and talk about challenging experiences in a different way
- Share and re-author stories to give new meaning to past experiences
- Co-create preferred ways of living
